The early check-in was greatly appreciated after our long

flight, and the host, Jessica, was incredibly accommodating. The room was clean and had excellent amenities. However, there was a minor issue with the water temperature that we had to address, but overall our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

No elevator access to upper floors!!! The steep stairs are a struggle, especially in summer heat. The entrance code system feels outdated, risking security. Oddly placed keys and noisy mini fridge detract from the experience!!!

Couple's great escape

We can't stop talking about how perfect the location is. We were right in the heart of all the action yet tucked away in a quiet alley. Plus, especially the way Jessica took the time to recommend restaurants that became our favorite meals.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but worth every penny.

Our stay at Effe Luxury Palace was truly enjoyable! The location was fantastic, making it easy to walk to most sites in Rome. The room was very well appointed, featuring a comfortable bed and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. The air conditioning was excellent, and the nearby local food options were exceptional.

There is no elevator in this historical building.
